Any other suggestions or input would be very helpful. Or are you referring to cutting weight before diett fight? Results 1 to 3 of 3. Sea vegetables rich in distinct vitamins and minerals should be taken in the food such as hiziki, wakame, nori and kombu.

What I did glean from the diet is that I do need to increase my protein intake and decrease starchy carbs. The timed meals caused me to think too much about food and my next meal. Has anyone here tried the macrobolic diet for cutting?
I guess you could at least say you tried and now know something isn’t for you. Although that is just my personal experiences.
