The villain, Susannah, is super creepy. But knowing the truth and accepting it are very different things. The storyline was good. It has action, drama, romance, and of course, some teen angst. Audrey Whitticomb saved her entire city. Not only that, but she actually thinks. I don’t mind that I knew were most of the story was going and that I’d worked out a lot of what was to come, and I really don’t think I mind the world not being as strong as it could be, because this series, and Frenette, deserve more notice, and deserved a chance to feel complete.

Being a superhero’s daughter, she has done her fair share of worrying and doesn’t want to see anyone hurt.

But Audrey discovered the truth, that she and her mom are a part of a group that fight demons and protect the world.
